TechNet Support Policy



All TechNet resources, except for the IDP SDKs, are not supported by Informatica. All support for these non IDP SDKs should be directed to the TechNet Resources Discussion Forum as posted on the site.

In general, the IDP SDKs are supported and issues with the install and functionality should be reported first to TechNet via:

If the issue cannot be resolved at the TechNet level and you have a valid support contract with Informatica (under maintenance) it can be routed to Informatica Support. Non customers (under support contract) should leverage the TechNet forums for all issues.
